Retro Boards

A nice shot of some super rad works that are helping brighten up an otherwise depressing house front in an unknown location of town. I'm not sure, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is the same project as this one (the Pittsburgh Beautification Project), previously mentioned a while back. Can you tell us where this is? UPDATE: We now know from a commenter below that you can drive by these boards at 102 North Avenue, right next to the historic Garden Theater. Thanks Dobler!
