The Lines of Elizabeth Sanchez

Elizabeth Sanchez is a local artist & illustrator who has a very distinct technique with a very appealing look. Her work immediately makes me think art nouveau with a sprinkle of psychedelia mixed in. Which was before I read her about page:
Elizabeth’s style demonstrates distinctive line work and unique color combinations. She is influenced by 60's counter-culture and art nouveau. Her graphic imagery is combined with organic shapes, earth tones, and natural toned paper, bringing an unexpected warmth to enigmatic subject matter. Elizabeth works intuitively from the beginning to the end of each piece with the intent that each illustration’s theme or message can be interpreted subjectively.
