Artist Tom Mosser needs no introduction - if you haven't seen his work around the city, then you've probably seen it in another city, or on that UPMC commercial. Which explains his latest painting above of the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, where he painted a mural inside a few years ago. Below you can see a progress piece of his latest, which gives a little insight to his process before starting the LOOPtechnique that he coined. Using both hands with a brush in each moving in a circular, or looping, motion to paint which creates a impressionist look/feel.
