Downtown Neighborhood Block Party on Oct 3!

Downtown residents get ready for some noise - the First Annual Downtown Neighborhood Block Party is happening on Saturday, October 3rd, on Penn Ave! Try out and vote for the best free drinks and food from a bunch of local restaurants including live music! Vertical Life PGH says:

Come and celebrate at the First Annual Downtown Neighborhood Block Party! We are closing down Penn Avenue for a Community Block Party featuring DJ Bonics on the tables. Sample local dishes from Downtown Restaurants and vote for your favorite Downtown Dish and Drink. Get to know your neighbors - mainly for downtown residents and their guests.

In case of rain this will take place at the August Wilson Center (980 Liberty Ave). Although it says "for downtown residents and their guests, I think you, yes you, would blend right in!
