The artist collective who goes by the name of
Transformazium (formerly known as the
Braddock Active Arts) is opening a brand-spanking-new
Neighborhood Silk Screen Studio in the
Braddock Carnegie Library! At tonight's reception, there will be silk screening demos, an open house at the library's ceramic studio, and a conversation about art in the neighborhood featuring Transformazium's New York-based
Swoon (
previously mentioned here)! I only wish I could find a better size of the promo poster above so you can see it. Hope you can make it out with such short notice!

(Found with thanks to
Digging Pitt, and the
City Paper!)
