Jim Rugg is one of those amazing local artists that seems to be quiet and keep to themselves, yet their work is screaming with dynamic scenes and characters! Sweet compositions with a little 70's pimps and hookers and you've got yourself the rad artwork that comes from Mr Rugg. In some of his more recent "quieter" work, he drew the cover art for the free guide to the north side of Pittsburgh, North (previously mentioned here). Jim Rugg ROCKS!
