Teaessare Design's is overall pretty impressive with a nice continuity of vector illustration and design work, mostly for music labels and bands. But I do have one major (maybe minor depending on how you look at it) criticism regarding the poster art - all of the typography is done with Photoshop warps! I'd love to see some more hand-drawn type (or any at all, for that matter). To me that detracts a little from the actual artwork but if you can get past that, you'll have fun strolling through the work on their site!
