If you like Gary Panter's cartoon work, you'll most likely dig Pittsburgh-based cartoonist Nils Balls' Skeleton Balls! Some crude humor mixed with some crude drawings makes for some good laughs all around. You can purchase Nils' comic book(s) locally at a few of the area art representatives as shown on the Skeleton Balls site. Not every strip is as funny as the next, as the smoking baby on the top right clearly states, but generally made me smile. Depending on where you work, may be NSFW.
