Fred Baxter is a local illustrator who recently returned to Pittsburgh after spending the last ten years or so in Los Angeles working on mostly animated projects, most notably as an animator on the Southpark feature film, as well as a concept artist on Jimmy Neutron, and many pilots and other projects. I think his characters are hilarious, unique, with a certain quirky appeal, and would make any animated project jump right off the screen! Check it!
